Spartan Hijacking your own vehicle

So, I just wanted to double check, but having a spartan take control on your own unit gives it a damage boost correct? If so, does anybody know by how much? This is something I’ve never really seen discussed before.

Yea, that’s what I was thinking as well, but wanted to see if anybody could actually confirm it does.

Yes, just like in the first Halo Wars Spartans give a bonus to damage and armor. There aren’t officially released numbers but GeneralGarric69 has a great thread with info like this he found in the code. I recommend looking through the whole thing but here’s an excerpt with what you asked for:

HIJACKED UNIT STATS
Damage +30% Damage Taken -23%

UPGRADED HIJACK STATS (3rd Spartan upgrade)
Damage +45% Damage Taken -31%

has anyone noticed that cutters jerome doesn’t get the hijack speed boost from the third upgrade, hope they patch this

Yeah, GeneralGarric69 noted this in his post too. It’s in need of a patch for sure but I could understand that they’ve had more pressing concerns lately, namely Forgehog.

Thanks for the info! Just wondering, what are the stats of a 6 star spartan vehicle? (3 star spartan in a 3 star grizzly or scorpion)
