Here’s I think we should be able to customize our Spartans:
- Ability to Change Body Size (Height and Thickness)- Ability to Change Color of Suit Lights- Ability to Change Undersuit Color- Ability to Add Visual Damage to Armor (Ex: Add a crack in the visor, a MC’s torso damage, dents, bullet holes, etc.)- Ability to Turn On/Off Emblem- Ability to Move Emblem- Ability to Change Voice in MP (Maybe you could change your accent like a British accent, Russian, French, etc. It would be like Halo Reach’s firefight voice thing. [Spartan Chatter voice.])- Ability to Move Items on HUD (Ex: Move the radar to the right, move the gun recognizer to the left, health to bottom of HUD, etc.)- Ability to Change Color of HUD- Halo Reach’s Armor Customization (Ability to change Helmet, Left/Right Shoulders, Chest, Wrist, Utility, Visor Color, Knee Guards, Armor Effect, etc.)- Ability to Change Individual Armor Pieces’ Color (Ex: Helmet-Red, Left Shoulder Blue, Right Shoulder Green, Knee Guards Pink, etc.)- Ability to Change to a Specific Halo Character in MP Modes (Custom Games and Firefight only?) (Ex: Master Chief, Buck, Locke, Arbiter, Rtas 'Vadum, etc.) (Like H3: ODST’s firefight characters.)- Ability to Add Armor Attachments (Like Halo Reach, you should be able to add radios, communication headpiece things, pouches, grenade belts, backpacks, medkits, etc.- Ability to Add Armor Designs (Maybe you could add stripes, shapes, an eagle, etc.)Do you guys have any other ideas?

Perhaps not the body size. That could prove to be the same problem as the thing with Elites in multiplayer.
Like all you ideas, but I can see body size becoming a bit of a problem.

Body size really isn’t an issue as long as the smallest size possible is the default, (which it kinda is, those Spartans are tiny.) That way players can only make themselves bigger, making them a larger target, so no harm done.

That’s still -Yoinking!- pointless, because no one will want to be a huge guy. Besides, there literally can’t be short spartan because they all undergo a bone grafting procedure to make them taller. The general height is 6’9"-6’11"

People who like playing as Elites are technically playing as ‘a huge guy.’ They do it anyway for the sake of customization, they definitely will for a Spartan.
It would also be a fun way to challenge yourself.

Yeah, so there shouldn’t be a change size option. 7ft tall is tall enough. It would be ridiculous to have hulk sized spartans.

Well guess what princess, that’s a whole 4 feet of customization! Not many games have that much.

This thread needs to be seen by 343.
All of that except height changes. That would probably mess with the hitboxes. But other than that, 343 should definitely add your ideas.
You have some great ideas, I hope 343 looks into them.

The reason I added that was because I have a questions: Are all Spartans the exact same height? In Halo they are (not comparing separate games), but I think it would be cool to make your Spartan more like you by changing the height. It would also be good for Machinimas…
While a lot of those are cool, they definitely aren’t the priority for the game. If they have extra time to add in stuff like that then by all means, go ahead.
I’m also surprised that I kept reading the OP because the first suggestion is just terrible… “Ability to Change Body Size (Height and Thickness)” …
Sure just let me make my character small so it’s hard to kill me because my hitbox is smaller.
