So I’ve been trying to update my Spartan’s armor, but I’ve hit a snag. I can still customize the armor, but none of the names will show up on the armors themselves, nor are the lore descriptions loading like they should. Any suggestions on what might be the cause of this? I’ve tried various things - logging in and out, rebooting the PC, using various browsers - but nothing seems to be effective.

Dont worry its a support problem, they will fix and improve the experience at customizing
yeah don’t worry its happened to a lot of people too. just a bug to be fixed
There’s another big update coming to Waypoint on Monday, bringing stats and Req items, they should be expanding customisation a little I think too

I’m also glad to hear this as I’m experiencing the same issue and it really makes deciding on an armour or armour to aim for difficult. Or when you’re talking about a set you like to friends, not knowing the name is a little awkward. Thanks for info.

Well this is saddening. Still no solution, at least for me. At this though the actual game is out, so once it finishes this god awfully long update, i suppose i’ll just do it there.
