If Spartan Companies are in Infinite (which is a good assumption) what would you like there to be added to them?
One thing I would like to see added, which actually has more to do with the organization of a company & tracking, is an expanded database on waypoint that can be added to each spartan companies home page. Essentially have all information under one umbrella here on waypoint. Discord is an extremely valuable tool with the bot & its the only way to track (that I know of) members contribution.
I would like to see this idea of being able to track all members progress on waypoint. Some added stats I would like to see can include each members progress on a weekly basis, what they are playing, how much time they are putting in etc. There can even be filters where you can few top 10 in playtime for the week, or top 10 in kills etc. (feel free to add)
This would make the work of the leaders of the company & LT’s a lot easier. It is almost a full time job trying to manage a successful company & keep everything on track & finish in a timely manner.
Also, being able to compare Company A to Company B. Or even overall company leaderboards. Which company got the most kills this week? Which is making the faster progress? Stuff like that I think could really give a real push to those competitive companies out there who like to compare to their peers.
Lastly I would like to see sub challenges with rewards on the way to finishing the grind. So maybe there can be set weekly or monthly goals for the company as a whole to complete & if completed can get the corresponding reward for finishing.

Personally, I’d also like to see more filters when searching for companies. Right now, the ones available, while definitely useful, are a bit too broad. For example, you’re only allowed to search for company size in 20-member increments.

Yeah right now it makes it really tough to manage the company as a whole for sure, take the work of a few.

Yeah on Waypoint. Guess that’s also the other issue haha. The filters aren’t super clear either. So finding a specific Spartan company, eg, one dedicated to only having players of a certain rank, isn’t the easiest.

I feel the possibilities could be endless & extrmely helpful. Especially filters within a company when looking for certain stats & rankings.
I do like the idea of finding a specific Spartan Company, or narrowing it down to a few select ones that cater towards what best suits you. Or even if there was a language option that can be displayed for the company. English, Spanish, French, etc. Almost like a checklist.

When we first started, we had no one & our company was on the last page pretty much. So after every game we would send a msg through xbox.com to recent players if they were interested & if so how to join. It took about 2 weeks till we got 100. Once our company appeared on the first page it made life easier for sure.

This is the thing I want most as far as companies are concerned in Infinite. Sure, Waypoint will likely always be the true company hub, but it’d sure be nice to see the company commendations and such in game.

The more the merrier. More people participating in spartan companies will just make the community that much better.

Exactly. Before I joined a SC I was about to quit H5. There was no incentive to play anymore. Joining a SC was the best thing that could have happened. We grinded for the helmet, building a great community along the way. Once we finished, we decided to do it all over again! Bringing in even more players & building upon that community.
As a leader of a company I would like to see when a member is active or not (here on Waypoint or even in the console), maybe they can appear as active when they play 5 or 10 games in a day (this would be only one of a big filter to use to know that and with customizable options).

So a filter to see how many games/day members are playing?
An in game time tracker would be great for this too. Each week it could tally up in game time for each day & give a grand total by weeks end.

I definitely agree that a lot of the company stuff should be integral to the game itself to make joining companies much easier. I honestly never used Waypoint at all before I joined my current company. I don’t think many players use the website at all so it’d be a smart choice to allow a lot of the stuff you can do on waypoint be in the game too.
