Spartan company req pack

I never receved my req pack for joining my first spartan company. It did show in notifications that the intermediate supply pack was awarded but I never saw the pack in game or on halo waypoint.

It should come up pretty immediately, that was my experience. We could always try contacting 343. I do know that you’re only allowed one.
