Spartan Company Req Pack "Already Been Opened"

Checked my inbox yesterday after joining a Spartan Company that had 3 UNREAD messages. Clicked the UNREAD Req Pack message and clicked Open Pack but I get a message saying “This REQ pack appears to already have been opened”. That was the first time I’ve clicked that button and I checked in-game right after but there was no unopened pack, no new armor or helmet in my current inventory, nothing. What gives???
