Im pretty sure its been 30 days and I can not disband or change my Company name.
You should be able to.
Name changes are done by going to the company’s profile - Spartan Company Bio - Edit - Spartan Company Name.
Disbanding is done by going to the company’s profile - Administration tab - Disband.
Are those options visible?
