I’ve seen that you can only have 100 Members in a Spartan Company, why so? The Spartan Company option has nothing to do with the actual games, for example if a Spartan Company had a 1000 Member Limit it wouldn’t make a difference in the game. So why not 1000 Member limit size? or atleast over 300

Because they wanted the Commendations to be a challenge to unlock/complete. If you could have an unlimited amount of people in a Company, the Commendations would essentially be useless.
If you want to have a group with more players, have someone else you trust create a Company with a related name. Then maybe make your own Discord server where everyone from both Companies can get together and talk.

You can also make your secondary account (if provided !) to a leader from another company
