Hello, I am the leader of a Spartan company called The Red Wolfpack. We are a small company as of now, basically just a group of friends, but we have begun to recruit members. Personally I think the earlier you join the better it would be for you, since it would give time to talk to the core members.
We really don’t have any skill requirements, but we have set an age requirement of 15, plus you must be mature, but the age requirement can be overlooked if you act mature. I should point out that by mature we mean that we don’t want members getting into fights, no rage quitting, no excessive swearing.
We want to stress that we do not want members fighting amongst themselves. Right now our policy is: if a problem arises, contact a lieutenant and we will sort it out to reach a mutual agreement/apology. If it is a lieutenant causing problems, message the leader (me), and I will do my best to sort it out as fast as possible.
At no point should a member worry about getting kicked out. We have no daily, weekly, or monthly requirements like some other companies, so not playing for a while won’t jeopardize you spot on the roster. Lieutenants do not have permission to kick anyone unless I give permission, or a vote occurs. Members who keep getting into fights with other members are the only people who’s spot will be in jeopardy, since, as stated above, we don’t want that to happen.
