I am part of a company called Hydra Nations. The leader is <mark>REDACTED</mark> This leader has said many derogatory comments on xbox live towards other company members because of their race, as well as other things. He feels he has absolute power over everybody because he can boot people. He has even gone as far as to make every member of the company fill out a very subjective questionnaire document about other people’s beliefs, their race, and political stance as well as personal information if they qualify to get the Achilles helmet. He has stated he would boot people from the company simply if he did not like what particular answers were to certain questions, as well as if they did not match with his own beliefs. Overall, he has absolute control over every aspect of each member of the company, and has been known to boot people randomly because of their race and beliefs These aspects do not qualify for him to be the leader of Hydra Nations, and me, along with nearly every member that is up to date with the situations agree that his leadership must be transferred to a more qualified and respectful leader. If anyone from Hydra Nations agrees with me, please comment on this distress and leave your own distress. We as a company that is nearly complete getting the Achilles helmet agree for the guarantee and sustained satisfaction of getting the armor without and worries of being booted for stating our opinions on the leadership of Hydra Nations depends on the 343 Halowaypoint forum team. I and a few other members have evidence that he was sending -Yoink!- and prejudice messages to other members. He has even gone so far as to ask a younger member for inappropriate pictures in return for a “rank advance” within the company. I support a leadership change and a permanent ban along side a police watch for <mark>REDACTED</mark>.
There are currently 2 lieutenants to replace him, 343 Also we have proof, messages have been sent which contain instructions to send nude and explicit images, to a member who is a minor, this is either very uneducated and inappropriate humor, or people are at risk…act now

The messages I’ve seen and the things I’ve heard <mark>REDACTED</mark> say is proof that we have a perverted racist bigot who calls himself our leader. It’s very sad that someone feels and thinks this way but because he does he has to go.
First, know that I’m not totally unsympathetic to what’s going on. I understand the frustration and can empathize.
But.
If there is an issue and there is inappropriate actions being taken over Xbox Live, you guys need to be reporting said messages via the console to let the Enforcement team do their thing. That is 100% their domain and their responsibility. If you are getting messages that you feel are inappropriate, the onus is on you to report, block, and ignore. End of.
Spartan Companies are the same. We are unable to remove someone from a leadership position because others ask. There are way too many factors that could go into that. If you feel the SC leader is acting inappropriately over Xbox Live, you report them, block them, and remove yourself from the Company.
Does losing progress towards Achilles suck? Yup. But that’s how you make it known that you aren’t okay with what’s happening - you use the voice you have and you leave.
Spartan Company issues are 100% the responsibility of the Company. We simply don’t have the time, resources, or inclination to get involved in clan issues. If you feel the issues you’re running into break the Xbox Live TOS, again you need to use the on-console report feature. That is -Yoink!-’s house and we aren’t invited.
So while I can understand the frustration, do realize that this is not the proper avenue for this. We aren’t the morality police and we simply cannot jump feet first into an issue that boils down to he said/she said.
Oh and also - calling individuals out on the forums is not allowed so please be mindful of that.
