Why can’t I join a company if my Microsoft account age is 20???

I have not received any invite or any message about anything??? I’m really unhappy!
Do you receive any type of notification from Waypoint at all and can you access your PM inbox?

If you can’t then your account may still be marked as a child account for some reason. Xbox Live support website should have details for checking and promoting your account

Thanks for the help but the link didn’t do anything and no I don’t receive any notifications.
I do know that my account IS A CHILD account but dont know how to promote. It any links???

Thanks but I have tried this before, I select I “am and adult” option and it does nothing and says my account is still a child’s!!
Hm, you may need to speak to Xbox Live support about that then and see if they can help you out.
