Don’t know if this fully belongs here, but still
I’ve been trying to invite a friend to my company, but since he has a space in his gamertag it’s impossible. I even send the link to the company to him, but ever since he applied to join it hasn’t showed up that I can accept him. I’ve tried restarting and refreshing multiple times, even going as far as shutting off my device and resetting my router, even though that doesn’t have anything to do with the situation. Are the invites broken or what happened?

Having a space in the GT shouldn’t be an issue for sending company invites.
You should be able to invite them from their Waypoint profile - on the right hand side at the top there will be an invite link, clicking that drops down a box where you can send a custom message then just click submit:

I can see that he has an invite pending so he should be able to join if he accepts it.
