Spartan Company in Halo Infinite

First: I know, most of the information about the game will be released in the next year but I would like to discuss about what could happen to the Spartan Companies.

Personally, I hope that there will be less grinding for an armor-set like Achilles one - cause it was mostly like you are forced to play with other people and not only your friends to gain access to the Achilles armor.
Like in my company we were about 28 members in our high-time but even there most of them didn’t know each other really well. Okay it was good to see randoms helping each other to gain the armor but to be honest:
With just 28 members and not 100, and everyone still got a private life, we couldn’t even got near one part of the achilles-set.

I would like to look more to a kinda smaller group-system if there would be another grind for an skin, armor set etc.
Also it would be cool to manage the company in Halo Infinite and not only over HalowayPoint.

I was able to complete the Achilles challenge in my company, and we averaged about 90-100 members routinely to unlock it. I hope that we have new challenges like this for Infinite. Achilles is one of the best H5 armors imo.

I think the part of the point of Companies is to create a community in the game. That includes meeting people you don’t know. I joined my current Company in 2016. I didn’t know anyone there, now they’re some of my closest friends. You’re not forced to play with others if you don’t want to but you should also realise that by isolating yourself from the community you’ll have to spend more time trying to get exclusive unlocks.

I think having smaller goals to reach is a good idea for Companies that want to stick to exclusive friend groups but there also needs to be a larger goal like Achilles from Halo 5.

A hardcore company of 100 players can get a lot done very quickly. Back in the day when my Company, Unity was grinding for Achilles we could make huge progress in 24 hours. That’s partly why Achilles takes so much effort to get.

I believe that exclusive items should be exclusive for the people who spend the time to earn them. Just like the 152 rewards for Infinite. If you want the best items in the game I believe players should have to work towards these items.

I would not call it isolating when we were up to 20 people - and of course, soetimes you get to know the people in your company better and sometimes not.

And it’s okay for an hardcore company to get the things done really quickly but me for example, have to work 42 hours a week, got a wife and twins and yeah - so I’m not really able at all to grind. Also in most companies you will get kicked when you dont play as much which is also really casual unfriendly. So, in my opinion, it’s one time more not isolating myself or my friends from a bigger group it’s more like they would never take anyone of us in their company.

if any of you have played destiny 2 then you would know exactly what i mean when i say add in a clan/bounty system and to make things interesting create spartan factions like engineers, scouts, headhunters etc… this would keep companies relevant in-game and great community bonding.

I’m sure Spartan Companies will get some more attention in Halo Infinite. I hope the grind is a little smoother as well. Considering the popularity of the overall Spartan Company concept (even before Halo 5’s launch), I’m sure they will be back with a little bit more attention in Halo Infinite.

I want 343 to bring back Companies into Halo Infinite, it brought us together, made us grind collectively for armour and we all worked together!

Please bring back Spartan Companies!

I love the idea, but I also love having multiple levels of unlocks (like the armor in addition to the helmet), that way, people don’t have to complete every single task in order to unlock something.

I like that idea too, and it’s one worth expanding for Infinite. Maybe we could unlock visor, shoulders, wrist, crotch, leg, and other armor as well.
