Not sure if this has been mentioned in another forum BUT:
Im a LT of a company and while i think the 343 website is decent for companies i feel like it should be added within the game. I haven’t added the other 99 members of my company to my friends list so i have no idea what everyone is up to aside from the few that are constantly on and not appearing offline. Also I don’t think players in general go onto this website as much as they are actually gaming so my idea is to have a company support page within the Halo 5 menus. a board that updates and automatically posts captured videos from everyone in the company. Also it could show who is online regardless of whether they are on my friends list or not. Show the company commendation progress, company stats, have a section to set up gaming events and custom matches. For example have a mini calendar or something to set up a company event on the message board and have it pop up when people sign on and can click “attend” where it will set a reminder or something. People could type whatever they want on it but it would be live in game, kind of like how PC players type to each other in game.
Basically i feel like since they’ve added the company support there is some room to improve the social aspect and accessibility of getting inter-company communication to a higher level. I don’t know how other companies are fairing but im just noticing this within the one im part of. Im a big fan of the company aspect of this game i just wish it was easier to connect to everyone whos working hard to get the commendations done.

This is exactly what I’ve been trying to tell 343 through surveys. It would make everything so much easier and encourage even more people to join a company. I am a Co leader myself and I just used 45 minutes adding everyone manually.

This. Why the F does everyone in company appear offline if not on friends list? Could the “updated” ingame spartan company tab be any less user friendly?
