SC’s are limited to 100 members. Maybe there is no join button because they are full? You can message the leader and they can send you an invite.
i dont know haw to change this, but im pretty sure you are in the wrong forum line.
send a message to the company, and if they have facebook account, checdk that too.

Oh, I’ve had this before, if you’re under 16 then you can’t join or create spartan companies. It sucks bad :(. I’m assuming that that’s the case, but if you’re above 16 then you might want to check your xbl details.
