Spartan Company Commendations

Hi

I was part of a Spartan Company called Cynical Brains. At around 7:30am this morning, we completed all commendations to get the Achilies Helmet. Around half an hour later, I was removed from the company. I logged into Halo 5 this morning and there is no commendation pack waiting for me. How do I resolve this issue?

Have you checked your req collection to see if the helmet went directly there?

How do you know what time the company unlocked the helmet? Were you playing with them at the time of completing the commendations? How can you be sure that the company didn’t remove you before unlocking the helmet?

I’ve checked my helmets and it’s still grayed out.

The only thing I can be sure of is the time I was removed from the clan, which was at 7:30am. I’m not 100% definite on the time the commendation was unlocked. If I was removed from the company before it was unlocked, I think I’ll go crazy. Something should be done about that surely

Just messaged him, he definitely disbanded the spartan company after we got the helmet, according to him. Seems weird that everyone else got it except me.

So someone else kicked me and around 40 other people from the company right before they got it. How is this acceptable? Sank ALOT of hours playing Warzone to get booted right at the end for seemingly no reason. Is there anything I can do?
