What age do you have to be to join spartan companies?
There is no Waypoint-enforced age limit on spartan companies; you just have to be old enough to have a waypoint account.
However, individual Spartan Co. may have their own application requirements, which could include age. You’d have to investigate each company you’re interested in to see if they have any sort of age requirement.
if I try to make a company it says “child is not allowed to create a spartan company”
And when I go to join one the join button isn’t there???
Hey guys, there is actually an age restrictions associated with Spartan Companies - it’s related to your Microsoft Xbox Live account. For privacy reasons child accounts and teen accounts are restricted from doing certain things, to do with COPPA and data protection. On Waypoint this means that those accounts cannot access the private message / inbox feature and thus will not be able to participate in Spartan Companies until their account can be promoted.
