We can all assume that companies will be a thing in Infinite just like Halo 5 due to the projected longevity of the game. Below are some questions about and suggestions for spartan companies moving forward.
Will there be an option to track gamertag changes in the audit log?
Will the “manage members” section be default sorted by join date?
Will the 100 player cap remain?
Will current companies roll over to Infinite?
Will there be more unlocks via companies in Infinite?
Will there be any other Halo 5 related unlocks in Infinite? (e.g. if you got Achilles in H5, you get something in Infinite)
Those six are all i can think of right now. I hope the first two reach the right people because that would definitely help with managing members.
If you can think of other company talking points, please add them below.

Agreed…give the team presidents better controls in game to manage members/track their progress. I’d venture to say more than half the population that plays halo (if not more) doesn’t frequent waypoint.

I can see some value in the previously removed note on join requests.
As far as the contributions to specific requirements, you should be able to pull the data from their service directly into a spreadsheet and track data from there. Just some programming work if you are that interested in getting that deep into data following. Or you can use the Halo dBot on a discord server and track peoples medals/kills there

Yeah I had manually done a lot through spreadsheets when my company was going for Achilles, but It would have been nice if that was a preset feature of companies. It would have saved me many hours if the info was accessible through the spartan company directly.

Most definitely. So many people who want to start/run their own companies really don’t understand how much behind the scenes work goes on to keep up with members and commendations. That doesn’t even include running the company discord server (or something similar).
I’m sure Spartan Companies will return considering the popularity it had prior to Halo 5’s launch. I however doubt much will change for it in the actual game, Halo Infinite considering it’s just meant to be an added concept and not be too heavily emphasized in gameplay aside from a few unlockable here and there. Most of the attention with controlling it stems from Halo Waypoint and I personally think they should leave it as such.

I would like an updated Spartan company. Maybe show average rank of all players, win percentage and more to onlookers.
I’d like a more heavy hand with clan focus, as stated above by everyone else implimenting a bunch of quality of life options for said Spartan Companies ingame. Having occasional events where clans can compete against eachother on some sort of leaderboard to earn ingame items would be pretty neat, I’m thinking some sort of clan wars that can contribute to bigger challenges and commendations.
Also being able to pin something to some sort of screen where everyone can see it would be pretty grand, stating a game night or something within the week if players desired. Also a day of the week where you can earn a little extra XP when playing with clan-mates that can be chosen a week at a time.
I’d also personally like a rebranding of the term “Spartan Company” if we ever get to play as another species again, just to be inclusive to our hingehead brethren.

The game modes would might bring more life to the companies.
As far as messaging, i know we (and many others) have discord servers set up which really helps
Considering its popularity prior to Halo 5’s launch, I’m sure the feature will return in some capacity. I don’t think alot will change from how it is now since there’s also alot of players who prefer not to associate with the concept.
