Good morning Spartans!
Everyone is raving about Spartan Companies and expecting 343 to provide in-game features related to it. Hopefully we see something soon in an update but maybe we can provide 343 with some awesome ideas and what we want!
-Separate tab for Company when building fireteam
Instead of Friends / Recent / Fireteam add a tab for Company
-Ability to have in-game polls manged by Waypoint
Lieutenants and Leaders can publish polls that members can vote on in regards to what they want to see from the Company or gametypes they prefer. Or the ability to vote for a weekend playlist
-Organize separate Company fireteams
Place power players with lower guys or make a competitive team within the Company
-Company Calendars (For custom games etc…)
Organize future events for members
-Company Ranking System / Challenge system
Add a competitive edge to Companies and allow them to face off in large scale games (Make it interesting by gambling REQ points, winner of a Company battle takes all, all competitors donate “X” amount of REQ points into a pot)
-Company REQ card Bank
Members donate to a REQ bank that can be utilized in Warzone. (Like guild banks in WoW)
-Custom Rank Structure
Have the ability to further organize members into Company roles. (Team Leader, Sniper, POTUS)
I think that would be pretty cool actually. That would make your company more professional and let your company expand. I think the community would love this

How do we get 343’s attention to take Companies more seriously?
We have to keep this thread at the top and keep people voting and interested! If it goes to the “Popular 3 topics” hopefully 343 will take a look at it!

I love the idea of Company REQ card bank and Company Roles.
They should also add Company REQ packs. Say if you get a certain number of members everyone gets a REQ pack, or if the Company does certain thinsg in game they get REQ packs.

Love this idea, do a weekend commendation and depending on number of personnel or something there is a relative Company goal for the weekend. (I.E get 300 splatters and 500 wheelman medals across the board) Something like that

I hope that we can keep out head above the water and get this trending! Rather gear the community towards making halo a better game by providing 343 with what we want!

This could be a step in the direction of social halo gamers too. Just so there is a small community to have fun with!

I’m sure it is a work in progress, hopefully we see an update real soon, especially with the introduction of BTB!!!
I think being able to not have everyone in the company on your friends list and still being able to see if they are online would be great. H2 allowed you to see everyone in your clan on a separate list. I think this needs to be implemented again just because you can have 100 people in your spartan company…I definitely dont want 100 people on my friends list.
