i just created a new spartan company but the service record shows only halo 5, when halo infinite comes out will the service record change to halo infinite?
That’s one thing I don’t think they’ve really talked about to my knowledge, I haven’t heard a whole lot about what they’ll be doing about Spartan Companies. Though I want to imagine they’ll either keep them or name them something else.

A new version of the HaloWaypoint website & a mobile app will release alongside Halo Infinite.
You’ll see your Halo Infinite, Halo 5 & MCC stats and customisation there.
I flighted the app & website during the last Halo Infinite flight, it’s pretty good.
However I did notice the lack of Spartan Companies included on those platforms, to my knowledge it wasn’t even there on the Halo 5 page either.
I would certainly like to see Spartan Companies return for Halo Infinite but I have a sneaking suspicion that they won’t be returning - at least not for launch, possibly later with some revisions and updates to them.
343i haven’t commented on the topic to the best of my knowledge either which doesn’t give me confidence that it’ll be present.
There’s a couple of threads about this, but to my knowledge 343 hasn’t said anything about this. They probably won’t be there.
Spartan Companies need to be transformed if they are going to return.
I’m going to go ahead and state that Spartan Companies would be a FANTASTIC idea with Halo Infinite. Given how much emphasis 343i is putting on the concept of player expression? I wouldn’t be surprised whatsoever to see it down the line. For launch? Maybe not. But I’m willing to bet it’s in the cards.
I wouldn’t put it past 343 to just give up on them, but i would like for them to return.
I would like my armor to transfer over to Infinite.
I am convinced Spartan Companies will return. Halo Infinite seems to take the whole E-sport stuff seriously, and building Clans is an essential part of this. It would send mixed messages when there is such an emphasis on competitiveness, but normal players can’t even make a clan. Maybe not at launch though.

Yeah thats what i think too, esports is a real focus in halo infinite.
Hope if every player on the team is in a Spartan Company instead of being called Team Eagle it will show the company name in the game.
You could have a team armour coating too so when you play together everyone is in the same coating.
They will surely be present, but due to the change in the web, and the new approach that it intends to give to esports, they are surely rethinking the idea to adapt it to the new times.
I think maybe the problem that we see is that they will separate the Spartan companies of Halo 5, of those of Halo Infinite.

oh yeah kinda like rocket league, where if the whole team is in the same club the color and name will change to the club name.
Exactly like Rocket League yeah. That’s been my favourite implementation of it so far.
No word on that yet. The Spartan Company feature likely will appear to some capacity but I doubt it will be expanded on since it’s merely a Waypoint feature and they still have to accommodate to the majority who don’t navigate around this site.
