Anyone know if the Spartan Company mechanic is returning in Halo Infinite? It seems to be going strong in popularity since alot of players talk about wanting to unlock the Achilles Armor in Halo 5. Would be cool if it’s carried over with new unlockables in the sequel.
I hope so, they’re a good way of meeting new people to play with and keep in contact.
It’s really just a modern take on Xbox Live clans of HCE, H2, and H3 days.
No reason for it to go away. I only expect it to expand, especially with Infinite also coming to PC.
My main hope is that there will be an in game interface for them similar to the way Destiny handles clans. The last Halo game to actually implement in game clan interface was Halo 2 and then it was more or less just a second friend’s list.
I really really hope 343 adds it to Halo infinite and really expands upon it as well. I would love to see it have more unlocks and overall implications in the game.
I honestly hope they keep the Spartan Companies a thing in Halo Infinite, and maybe even update them slightly to have more mechanics and in-game content. Would be sick if if it was kind of like Destiny 2’s clan system in-game where players can get rewards for doing clan objectives every week. Would love to be able to help my clan out or play with them to unlock whatever cosmetics or rewards we could get together.
