Been scanning the forums and watching a few different streamers, haven’t been able to find any information on wether or what the in game features for the Spartan Companies will be. Anyone know / have a link to info on if we can access the SC member list in game for invites, etc?
I’m hoping that it isn’t just forums and waypoint like Destiny’s system, but there doesn’t seem to be any information on it anywhere.
Nothing revealed about it being in game so far, though your Spartan Company name will show in game for sure. There a new update for Waypoin due out on Monday with stats and REQ packs, maybe they’ll detail more out then or we’ll find out once the game launches
Ugh, if there isn’t even a roster in the game I’m going to be very disappointed.
Spartan companies are pretty much clans, so I imagine you’ll get a clan name under your gamertag display on your emblem. It would be really cool to interact with and invite friends to your Spartan company in-game, though. I’ve invited a few friends to my company, but they don’t often visit Waypoint, so they haven’t even seen the invite.
Unfortunately, I think it is more like Destiny’s system and less like Halo 2’s clan system. I’m holding out hope until we get to play, but it’s not looking good. That said, I don’t really care that much.

I do like that you can talk directly to everyone in the lobby like Halo2
If the feature can only be accessed through Waypoint and not the actual game, then I think it was a waste even allowing us to make companies. I doubt this will happen though.
An in-game menu would make a huuuuge difference, and would create a larger incentive for people to want to join companies.
Keeping in touch with your company in-game would be very nice!
stop whining about features you didn’t even know you had until this week… and stop whining about features that may or may not be in game for the features you now have that you didn’t know about until this week. no one is ever happy with anything around here.

Maybe if we keep telling 343 this they will try to implement it. (If they haven’t already.)
im really hoping that the spartan companies will have a possible small effect on the game like using the companies to unlock certain items, req cards, missions, maps, etc
