In case you aren’t up to date with recent Halo related news, 343 has announced that they will be removing the Spartan Company features from Halo Waypoint, on November 1st, and that they will not be adding any of these features to the new Halo Waypoint website or app.
They will still exist in the background, but no changes can be made, no roster updates, no stats can be viewed, no progress checked - nothing.
If you think this is a bad idea, tell them:

This is very disappointing news for many, in addition to being something that I had been worried about for a few weeks now. I for one have been rebuilding my Spartan Company from the ground up in preparation for Halo Infinite’s release and had noticed the signs, such as the lack of a Spartan Company tab during the recent Halo Infinite Insider, as well as the newly updated Halo Waypoint app making no mention of the beloved Spartan Company feature.
At this point it is unknown as to whether or not this feature, like many others is being considered for future implementation once Halo Infinite has released, but from what has been said on the matter so far, it seems that it is not.
I personally believe, as I’m sure many others do, that this feature should be built upon, not buried away as if it doesn’t have the potential to be even greater than it is already. In a lot of games cases the Clan systems are the heart of a community and something that allows the players of said gaming communities to interact, build friendships with one another and to find enjoyment in the game that otherwise wouldn’t be there. I for one have found that in many cases cooperative gameplay with friends and fellow Clan members in other games has given the game new life for me and increased enjoyability that just would not have been there otherwise.
Halo is a great series. Each entry is thoroughly enjoyable to play and is truly special in it’s own way, but I believe that the core of Halo is it’s cooperative gameplay, so the very last thing we need, especially after the announcement that Halo Infinite won’t be launching with a Co-op Campaign is the removal of yet another feature that would enhance players ability to interact and to get the most enjoyment out of the game as possible.
If Halo Infinite is truly meant to have a 10 year life span, it’s going to need some quality of life features such as Spartan Companies to keep it going, that’s just fact.
That’s why I have decided to make this post, as well as to create a poll in that section of the Halo Waypoint community forums that you can check out and vote on here:

I hope that this will contribute towards showing 343 that this feature should not be scrapped. If you want this feature to stick around then make your voices heard!
In case this is the end of the Halo Forums as we know it, and of Spartan Companies as a whole, I just want to say that it’s been great interacting with you all, and that wherever you all go from here, I hope you will all be leading happy and healthy lives. You’ve all been great!
If you’ve gotten to the end of this post then thank you for reading and have a great rest of your day!
