With the end of spartan companies have they said what they’re going to do with the Achilles armor set? Is it just forever going to be locked away or are they going to add it into the req packs like they’ve done to other armors? My company is still working towards the helmet and it would suck if they just locked it away forever.
I think Achilles is still available for active Spartan Companies, you just can’t create new spartan companies to work towards it. So you should be good.
(I think this is how it works, I could be wrong)

If you join a company that has earned the armour but not the helmet, you can still work towards earning the helmet with them but you won’t be able to get the armour. If you join a company that has already earned both you won’t be able to get either. If you want both, your best bet is joining a company that is working towards or nearly got the armour and then you can help progress towards the helmet. It’s extremely unlikely to see these items just being granted

343i are already aware of the issue, it’s just out of their hands. The issue is seemingly with Microsoft Azure and external partners, unfortunately this means it’s just a waiting game for us & 343i to have it resolved. It’s just a unfortunate circumstance that 343i are just unable to fix.
Waypoint vNext has been delayed for the time being, there is still time to hopefully get the current issues resolved and allow players to make those final touches to Spartan Company rosters and catch up with messages.

They aren’t going to fix the outage, since it’s related to the old Waypoint, and they’re switching to the new waypoint.
All you can do is send messages to the gamertags on Xbox itself.
Sucks, and adds insult to injury as they only gave us 3 weeks to organize, but for the last two weeks messages and notifications have been broken.

I let my old company and requested an invite to a new one earlier today and even tho i cant see notifications the company leader managed to see my invite and accept it so u can still get added to companies with the notification and messaging systems down.

This is true.
All notifications and messages are down - but the invite still ‘work’ - you just need to communicate with each other outside of Waypoint.
If you invite someone to your company, they probably can’t accept - but the invite exists. So they just need to ‘request to join’ and it automatically accepts the invitation in the background.
Or vise versa.

Hi. We can send out an invitation on Halowaypoint.com website, both from invitee’s online record and from the “Invite Players” within our Spartan Company Profile page and the Manage Members page. However, the Invitee cannot see the invite due to the messaging module is not operational. The message (the invitation) notification would appear next to your halowaypoint logo on the upper right corner of your halowaypoint page. Likewise, anyone trying to send us a message requesting to join our company, we will not be able to receive it. When you attempt to send any type of message to someone via the halowaypoint.com site, you receive an error “Problem Encountered” …something on our side went wrong… Sorry for any confusion from my previous post. Also, before the system failure occurred, when someone “Liked, or Quoted” you on this forum, you would receive a notification as such activity (provided you had this feature turned on within the preferences.

Spartan Company ‘managers’ (LTs and owners) can still log into their administration portal manually and see join requests - but they don’t get the notification that a join request is there.
They would need to purposefully go in and check the admin page to see any that exist.
People who got invited to a Company have no way of seeing the invitation.
At the end of the day, this is all a crappy situation.
We were given 3 weeks notice of the closure of admin features, but then the features broke 1 week after the notice.
Yes, Waypoint is still active now, but we don’t know for how long.
