I’m okay with everything else they put in this game but this ability seems like a noob tactic.
For an example i come across players that will try to spartan charge even if your unloading on them until they are dead it’s pretty pathetic.

The Spartan charge is the desperate last act of a useless player!
I just want it’s AOE and aim assist nerfed. I boosted completely out of the way once and the dude hit the wall behind me, STILL TOOK OUT MY SHIELD! It is actually really important to have it or something else as to remove the assassination/sprinting BS from halo 4. I mean if you are full speed sprinting you aren’t stopping on a dime and doing an elaborate martial arts moves, so it seems almost more “realistic” to have it.
Get rid of any splash type damage/range of assist to the hit and I’d be happy. It’s already to the point where head on you can punch/get a reversal so it’s not like its crazy OP.
as a player in the top percentile of SC kills please try to go a whole match doing nothing but SC and see how much of a “noob tactic” it really is
i have days worth of playtime to back up my kill spread
a player just picking up the game will not come near my SC kills in a few weeks i promise you that
its a reward for having no map awareness they run into an enemy not knowing he was there and they hit the panic button to perform a charge not only draining the enemy shiled but pushing them back out of melee range giving them really no chance to counter.

the one thing that really is the number 1 thing that needs to be changed with it is its unusable when your being shot at.

I love spartan charge, using an smg & spartan charge is great for CQB, especially on smaller maps around the size of Truth.

How I dodge SC with ease: Jump, Thrust, turn around to see that he has completely missed you and has his back turned. Easy!

this has got to be my favorite comment on the SC so far
sounds like you are a little butthurt you got outplayed
if you havent learned to counter it then you are the one thats useless
please try running around “aimlessly like a noob” and see how well you do in a match (remember we can see your previous games and medals here on waypoint)
it always frustrates me when BAM! spartan charged in the back, all part of it i guess. I know i usually miss mine lol. I just beat down usually anyways
I love it.
there have been a few issues where the terrain didn’t look like it should allow for it, but its all just good fun.
I had a great time running through over growth spartan charging instead of SWATing with my magnum.
