They were perfectly balanced in the beta and I’m not sure why 343i buffed them so much. they made them super casual abilities as compared to the skill based ones in the beta
Spartan charge knockback stuns the enemy and it literally takes 1 shot anywhere to kill them, all the while they can’t shoot back because they are stunned.
groundpound can OHK at 2 inches off the ground and the radius for a full shield drop is insane. the fact that you can’t knock someone out of the charge up and it does the same damage at any height add to this effect.
I think GP should require a slightly higher height, but Spartan Charge is fine, because it’s only useful from behind or from the side when it deserves its extra power. But if somebody was running straight at you with it it’s easy to just thrust or jump over/around them.
Ground pound can be easily avoided if you see it if you don’t then its hard cheese. As for charge its fine i don’t see an issue with it i get charged all the time boy do i love them reversals lol.

Nope, both abilities are fine as is and are fun to use.
