spartan cards are better than nameplates

Yup I said it and it’s the truth, people that disagree are simply stuck in the past and prefer the nostalgia. Spartan cards shows everything a nameplate does but also shows off your armor. I enjoyed seeing other people’s armor and making a convo out of it. It also makes more sense to have it in halo 5 since reqs are a thing which is like trading cards. What’s the point of stances again if you only see it in the customization menu? Without a doubt spartan cards are better and idk how anyone could disagree. Why would they go back to nameplates for halo 5?

ok

So if I disagree, I’m simply stuck in nostalgia?

Compelling.

You’ve activated my spartan card!

I don’t think anybody prefers nameplates to spartan cards.

The spartan ID your gamertag showcases before each game like in Halo 4.

New to me it’s called Spartan Card. Never heard of that until now, i saw it as a “preview”

They are entirely different things. You can have both at the same time, so not sure why you are comparing the two.

Oh okay yeah and this.

I summon you Blue Eyes White Spartan!

Oh dear. You set off my Alucard!

I’m inclined to agree for the sole purpose that you can change it’s entire color scheme.
Edit: oh, nvm you’re talking about something entirely different.

I liked Reachs system of nameplates and having the armor show when you highlighted a player

The spartan cards in Halo 4 were horrid. Just cluttered my entire screen. I prefer the simplicity of nameplates.

You could look at people’s armors in every Halo game.
In 3 you went to their service record and in Reach you just clicked right when highlighting a player.
