No Achievements are unlocking for me. I have completed Operation: Umbra, I have a few Gold stars, played with both skulls and have played co-op. Nothing is unlocking for me.
I deleted my save file and the game, re-downloaded and started a new save. Since all my stats were there I’m assuming you hold most the info on your servers. What can be done about this?
Also, the game is constantly freezing on me, at least once every 2-3 games.

Well, now that it seems that the reduced price works at least for our american friends, we will see pretty soon if other people are affected by the same problem as you.

What I did since I own several Xbox 360’s is I downloaded it in my bedroom first, then in my living room. I have tried playing on both any neither will unlock any achievements.
The same kind of thing is happening to me. I started off ok the achievements were popping just fine. Now none will unlock and I am unable to even look at the list. My system says I have 4/28 achievements unlocked, but if I look at the dashboard list of all my games Spartan Assault looks “empty” meaning there are no icons for the achievements. I have completed up to mission D2 and only own Spartan Assault ONLY for 360. Further more, when the game is running and I press the dasboard button it appears that I am offline. I select ‘Connect to Xbox Live’ and it tells me I have lost my connection. This is false because when I go back to the dashboard my connection is restored as if I was online the whole time.
In addition to my post above. If I select the SA advertisement on the main dashboard screen and then go to the SA purchase menu, the achievements section of that menu show that I have 25GC but 0/28 unlocked. A weird bug that hinders me from continuing the game. Does anybody else have problems like this?
I got the Achievements for completing the Campaign and Flood Mode missions, and also the Achievements Nowhere to Hide, Escort Service, Prodigy, and Recruit, but there’s three Achievements I’ve tried to get, completed, but have yet to be given to me.
Note that there was another Achievement, Distinguished Service, that I completed, but wasn’t given me. That was until I shut off the Xbox, turned it back on, and loaded up Spartan Assault again. When the game loaded up, the Achievement was given to me.

So achievements are working for me at last, this is what I did:
The downside is you will lose all progress but it is working for me. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I never saw an In Mission Popup while I was playing before.
Is this clearing of data reflected in other versions of the game? I’m waiting for the Xbox One version to have it’s Extra Credit achievement fixed and would hate to grind out all of the challenges again, just to unlock it. So is all of your data gone and you simply started over, or what.

It kept my challenge progress but this worked for the X360 version. I cannot speak on the Xbox One version nor would I suggest trying this just in case it kills your challenges.
The only thing I would try is saving your file to some removable media and trying the above steps.
This method hasn’t resolved the issue for me and I am still unable to see or obtain achievements for this game. This is therefore not “Fixed”.

Found a solution here. I own multiple Xboxes and the achievements started popping up once I had my account on the Xbox it was originally downloaded on. If you are having issues because you commute or use multiple Xboxes, you may want to try that quick fix or perform a content license transfer onto your primary Xbox to see is that resolves you issue. I’m going to keep my troubleshooting post below in case other players are still having problems.

Alright. I’m sure the staff have better things to do than to write posts prompting for more information from the individuals with this problem, so let’s do our part by contributing as much information as possible so they may hit the ground running.
Four achievements unlocked properly upon startup for me on the 360 version:
Completion of Operation A-1 did not award (when it should have) the following achievements:
I personally own all four versions of Spartan Assault, and have landed all of the achievements in prior versions (bar Extra Credit for the X1, which is being worked on). It is also worth mentioning that the game does not register these achievements as unlocked (they do not appear unlocked in the game’s achievement menu itself), so I’m thinking that its an issue with the install and not the 360 platform itself.
I have tried the following things (to no avail):
I don’t believe that dc0dr’s solution will permanently wipe your data from the other versions of the game, since Waypoint stores each version’s statistics individually; it appears that it compiles the stats from each version and then adjusts the new version’s save accordingly. Of course, I’m too worried about losing my own progress to test this, but it would seem odd to have that level of detail with stats and yet, lack the redundancy and integrity of the game data itself.
Good documentation is the key to solving any problem. Any one else with similar issues should contribute to help us get things resolved quicker. 
to me is not unlock any achievements in the Xbox 360 console, I have the game on other platforms like windows phone and xbox one, and the only one who causes me problems is the xbox 360 that achievements are not unlocked.
So after playing today, I am no longer able to get achievements again. I’ve beaten Operation B and played every coop and still no achievements.
The above does not fix the overall problem.
NIU 2040 and dc0dr, are you both playing Spartan Assault on the same console the game was purchased on originally? Is you account or data stored on a USB?
I am playing on a different 360, I am going to try to original 360 in a little bit.
I was using a local save but I have copied it to the cloud saves, I will update this once I test.
