I just got a new, windows 8 laptop and decided to buy spartan assault, but in over a day it has not downloaded at all, and constantly says that it is stuck on pending. I have searched the internet for a solution, but only find threads with similar problems, but no real solution. How can I get my game to work, or at the very least who do I contact to get a straight answer?
Have you tried rebooting your computer and then restarting the download?

So you’re now getting that error and still unable to download? If you’ve yet to even be able to download the game, you’ll want to reach out to Xbox Support as there could be an issue with your account or the Marketplace.
