Spartan Assault preorder bonus not unlocked

Hi,

I preordered Halo 5 (Digital Deluxe Edition) and received all of the bonuses (REQ packs, Nightfall, etc) but the Spartan Assault preorder bonus didn’t unlock for me.

When following the instructions and searching for Halo: Spartan Assault on the Xbox store it still shows as £7.99 purchase price and not a download link.

The first thing I did was contact Xbox Support and they eventually sent me a link to the Halo Waypoint forums saying I would get assistance here. I’m a little dubious as to what you guys can do for me but thought I’d go through the process anyway.

Any ideas what I should do next to get the pre-order bonus?

I am Having the same problem I even got a message from Xbox live telling me my halo 5 guardians pre order came with a copy of halo Spartan assault with a download now button but every time I go to download, it tells me to pay the cost of the game so I am stump as well. I hope someone can help us out.
