There’s a strange little question mark located on the Game Completion section of my Spartan Assault Service Record.
When clicked, it’s labeled:
WHAT IS HIGHER THAN GOLD?
And it states: “Get Gold on any mission with Thunderstorm and Black Eye Skulls turned on to earn a ranking higher than gold.”
I went ahead and did as it said to see what this supposed higher rank was, but nothing happened. Whats supposed to happen here? I do know there’s a Vidmaster Challenge with a similar description, so is that what I need to do?
Completing any mission with Thunderstorm and Black Eye skulls unlocks the “GASO” medal, which is only visible on Waypoint. If you complete all levels with these two skulls turned on you will earn the medal in the Game Completion section.
Ah! That’s cool! I see it actually did update for the level I completed. Thanks for clarifying.
Also, I’m pretty sure this only applies in Spartan Assault. It’s one of those badges of honor for you Service Record if you like a challenge and don’t mind not receiving any formal reward for your efforts (as there is no achievement or unlockable associated with it).
