Spartan Assault: Disc Unreadable

For some reason I am getting the “unreadable disc” pop-up and then it boots me from Spartan Assault. It does this when I am in the loading screen to start Operation C (Monolith), Mission 4 (Infiltration of the Covenant Perimeter)

Please fix.
