So i just purchased the req pack then it booted me to the menu without giving me a thing it also charged my account. Is their a way to fix this?
Hey OP. Try hard restting your Xbox One and then check your REQs after that. If you don’t have a pack to open in your unopened packs, the items might have already been dropped into your inventory
