I haven’t had the chance to read through every post and topic since the latest announcements, so apologies if these have already been discussed and answered. But a few quick questions, based on what 343i might have said so far:
- Have they announced whether Spartan Abilities are returning?
- Will we get any armor abilities again? Are they limited to the grapnel hook? Is there a thruster-pack dodge?
- Is there unlimited Sprint again?
- Will shields be able to recharge while sprinting?
- Will they return the radius of the motion detector to its previously range?

Spartan abilities as they were in Halo 5 have been reduced. We don’t know the specifics, but it looks like it’s just sprint, clamber, and slide.
We won’t know any more until flighting starts, which looks to be quite soon.

- They are not outside of sprint, slide and clamber
- No. Equipment is replacing armor abilities so all equipment is a map pick up. There is no confirmation or indication of a thrust equioment at this time
- most likely though sprint is much slower then h4 and h5 when comparing it to base movement speed.

- Radar range appears to be 20 m based on the multiplayer overview vid. H5 is 24m last I checked

Spartan abilities are gone. We can still Slide, Clamber and Sprint but I don’t consider those “abilities”.
Armor Abilties are returning. So far we have the grappleshot, repulsor, drop wall and maybe one more I’m forgetting. Repulsor is like a gravity blast that can repel projectiles and physical objects, including yourself. The drop wall is like a vertical wall version of the bubble shield, and you can shoot through it if you’re standing behind it.
No word on whether or not sprint is unlimited.
No word on shields recharging while sprinting.
If you check the Multiplayer Overview I believe there’s a portion that shows the radar range in the corner.

Sprint is in how it functions is unknown.
Clamber is back as is slide.
We saw in the reveal trailer what may have been thrust, unconfirmed as of now. Also some are speculating that the sword lunge was a thrust in the trailer.
Smart scope also returns
However we saw the smiper do a no scope in air so stabilise is uncertain. Thats said the books and the models for the gen3 suits don’t appear to have integrated t packs as we saw with gen2 redux sets in H5G.
Grapple ect are not spartan abilities they are pick ups on map.
