Spartan 1.1s in Halo 4 or Trilogy

I would like to see some or all of the Spartan 1.1s show up in Halo 4 as Spartan IV’s or a special Spartan IV unit. If not Halo IV, later in the trilogy would be cool. Jane James would make a cool character/Spartan to play as or play a major role in the series (hopefully other well known Spartans will make an appearance too).

Just a thought.

Hmm, I could see the Spartan 1.1s being given a chance to be integrated into the Spartan-IV program, but I don’t think that they’re well known enough by the community to be given a big role in the game. Same goes for the Spartan I/Orion project members.

no

about 6 months back i Wrote a whole thing about the possibilities of all previous spartan Including spartan 1.1 which are awesome and would be totally cool to draw out. And spartan 4s are just previous Spartans and other special forces

> no

why?

I think at this point anyone we’ve already read about or seen could be a Spartan. Spartan IIIs were asked to join, I’m sure others were asked as well. I wouldn’t mind see anyone from the expanded Universe as a Spartan IV. We still don’t know what happened to Jun, maybe we’ll see him again one day.

Spartan I.I
The children of the SPARTAN-Is are sometimes referred to as Spartan 1.1s. There are sixteen Spartan 1.1s, including Janissary James and Kevin Morales. Due to their parents’ augmentations, the Spartan 1.1s had to receive injections in order to ensure normal growth without defects. A small vigilante group of SPARTAN 1.1s, seemingly led by Kevin Morales, formed a plan to fight the Covenant. However, before this could come to fruition, the Covenant invasion of Earth began. Their whereabouts following the attack on Earth are unknown.

I don’t see other Spartans integrating into the new program. As far as I know it’s never happened before. Also given that the IV’s are the director of ONI’s special pet project I don’t see the other Spartans knowing about it until they encounter them, much like the S-II’s being ignorant of the S-III’s until they happened upon them. Also given that the S-IV’s are battle hardened volunteers and the program has taken a different direction as far as we know. It may be that past Spartans may help with their training and so on as is tradition so far, but as far as integration into the program I just don’t see it from a lore friendly standpoint

But in Glass land Osman Asks Naomi To inrolled in to the spartan 4 program and later the other spartan 3 and 2 on Trevelyan, leaving it assumed that other Spartans would be part of it as well

It was stated in Glasslands that the remaining surviving Spartan-IIIs were/would be asked to be integrated into the Spartan-IV program.
