I cant figure out why my spartans are not showing up for me
Hmmm just cause the question was so vague I am going to go though a few things that might help. But if none help. Please be more clear in your question. Thank you.

If you are referring to player avatars these might help or explain
Halo 3’s is not supported
Halo Reach(its not updated anymore on waypoint)
Halo 4. If yours is not up to date. Play at least 1 game on the 360 version of the game.
Master Chief Collection. The only thing that shows is the avatar you choose on the menu. Not the Spartan you choose for ingame use.

If your referring to the fileshares
The Master Chief collection doesnt have an online fileshare.
Halo 4’s is found here
Halo Reach’s is found here
And Halo 3’s is not supported anywhere anymore.
