Sparta Assault stops install at around 70%

Hi all

Anybody had install issues with Spartan Assault failing install.

I uninstalled it after it failed to run correctly on my Dell Inspiron 17r running 8.1 Windows.

Now it has stalled the new install, will not complete, nor will it uninstall.

Progress Bar on Live Tile and on App icon shows partial install and also shows installed on Store.

Anyone able to tell me how to force an uninstall.
