I dont really get what they mean by this? I’ve completed all of episode 3 on legendary, and both challenges.

So where am I supposed to find this section 3 news to unlock the raider helm??

Any help would be appreciated.

I think I have the Raider helmet, had since first week of release. I cant even remember how I unlocked it but I remember putting the code in on Waypoint.
