Spanish vesion has a bug

Hi

Arena ranks are not showing up. Please any answer from 343i? Is this only for Spanish players? I know from Mexican, Colombian and Spanish friends are having this problem…

I’m from germany and have the same problem. I will try changing the console language. For another german player it helps.

As you probably noticed it works. But I don’t want to keep my Xbox on english all the time or change it whenever I play Halo. When I set the console language back to german the ranks are not showing up again. Hope they fix this bug soon, not game breaking, but annoying.

I have the same problem, It has already been discussed in the forum but not response from 343, More than a month with this bug… it seems only in Europe

Change the región of the consolé to usa
And the lengguage to english

It might be a huge glitch in general. I haven’t been de-ranked from loosing a game and so it might be just the ranking system being glitchy

the ranking system works for us. Just not the UI, which should show us our ranks in the arena playlist section. In the german version, some parts of the UI are not even updated for months. In the team-arena description it still says something about doubled xp on the weekend from 18th - 20th March. The summer preview playlist is not mentioned there.

I’m from Germany and I’m facing the exact same problem. I set my console to english language and now it’s working just fine. But I think 343i should care about the not englishspeaking players as well. They could at least tell us that they’re working on this. I’m not sure have they even noticed the problem yet?
I hoped it would be fixed with Memories of Reach update but it wasn’t. We’re facing this problem since over a month now. It’s really annoying and they haven’t even responsed yet. If that would have been a generall issue for english language as well I’m sure they would have done something way sooner.

I have the same problem in Mexico.
