To me, spamming has never been an issue on halo. I don’t even feel like you can spam with the assault rifle. Spamming happens mostly on military shooters. Players die really quickly and the guns seem to have infinite ammo. In halo players have to much health for spraying to be overly effective. Also, how can you spam with a precision weapon. Hitting all of your shots in quick succession is skillful. Spamming on halo 3 didn’t help you at all. I don’t quite understand why people say bloom is good because people can’t spam anymore. Bloom tells you to wait a long time in between shots. It is easier to hit shots when you are taking longer to shoot.
You can pistol spam pretty easily.

very true and i agree. ^ Bloom was set up to pace your shots and make game play balanced.
