Space Combat DLC: Would you buy it?

Pretty simple question, if there was a DLC costing 800 MS points for a few space combat maps like in Reach, would you buy it? No brainer for me, I’d be all over that. What are your thoughts?

EDIT: Re-read that, by “space combat maps like in Reach” I meant multiplayer spaceship battles like on Long Night of Solace, not just space-themed maps. Sorry.

I’ve already bought it with the LE… but I’d like for there to be a space themed DLC.

No, the “Zero-G” sucks, it’s not even Zero-G, it’s bull crap.

Only if it was reminiscent of Battlefront II’s space battle gameplay.

Fixed the OP, sorry for the confusing wording. I meant spaceship combat like in the mission Long Night of Solace.

Absolutely, it would be my favorite DLC of all time.

As long as there will be more players on it then reach DLC ( around 200 people)

If it were just Space Combat probably not…it was fun but not worthy to be DLC at least to me it isn’t.

better yet. What if one or 2 of the spartan ops missions end up being a space combat mission in the longsword/shortsword/similar fighter? I believe this would satisfy your needs just as well.

Yeah, Halo 4 should have some on-disc DLC too. That always seems to make peple happy.

The answer is a definite yes yes yes, oh and did I mention YES?!

Absolutely not; I don’t even want them dedicating time and resources for such a thing.

Probably. I usually get all Halo DLC.

To have the most boring sequence of the most boring halo campaign as multiplayer DLC?
No thanks.

thanks for the Edit. but either way, I say yes. I like space combat on Reach’s Multiplayer maps (not Zealot’s), it adds uniqueness and variety. I can highly expect a space combat in Forged maps because of the Player Trait Zones (thanks 343i!). as for combat like the Sabres, I highly believe a mission will happen like that eventually for Spartan Ops.

This

So your talking Team Slayer but in Sabres?

If so, yes I would buy it only because I would like to see how it works and if it actually works. I would however not exactly like to see 343i take any direction with Multiplayer like this even if it was a one off.

I intend and always have bought all Halo DLC just because I’m a big Halo fan.

this was originally going to be in reach but was taken out for some reason

Yes. In fact, I’d happily trade in all my other games if it meant I got some space maps.

No. If I wanted a combat flight sim there’s many different games that do it better I could buy, probably for the same price too, considering the genre’s popularity.

Plus this is probably the only genre of games that I prefer to play on PC anyway.
