Halo Reach made history within the series for being the first ever Halo game to feature a battle played from the cockpit of a Sabre. This short sequence within the campaign was a brand new look at what it was like to face the covenant. Dogfighting in the vacuum of space gave a whole new perspective and could be a great part of Halo 4 multiplayer.
Those of you who have played Star Wars:Battlefront 2 will know what I’m talking about. Each team has a mother ship with multiple decks, corridors, and hangars. You and your teammates all hop into a variety of spacecraft and plunge into the deep black space, on a conquest to destroy the enemy ship.
You can shoot down her shields, blow up her thrusters, vaporize the bridge, scramble their communications, and drop their defenses. Or you can land a ship inside and destroy the beast from within it’s belly.
I think Halo could do this perfectly. They have the minds and creativity capable of bringing new exciting gameplay to the community. If not in Halo 4, then I would love to see it in 5 or 6.

First of all, Spartans are trained for anything and everything. That’s why Noble 6 didn’t hesitate to hop in the cockpit. If 6 can do it, I KNOW Chief can.
Second of all, I was thinking of it more as a multiplayer option… Like Battlefront.
