So I purchased the HALO 4 - Original Soundtrack (Limited/Numbered Special Edition Boxset) from http://www.halo4soundtrack.com. They make you complete the order though theomegaorder.com. The product page on theomegaorder.com syas it includes:

Includes an automatic download of the album, via email and code, on 10/22/12, with a Bonus Track EXCLUSIVE to the purchase of this Limited/Numbered Special Edition Box Set! ( http://www.theomegaorder.com/HALO-4-Original-Soundtrack-Limited-Numbered-Special-Edition-Boxset )

Well I placed my order on 10/24/12 17:20. This was paid at checkout via PayPal. I received 2 order confirmations and a PayPal receipt.

I did not receive the “automatic download of the album, via email and code with a Bonus Track EXCLUSIVE” so I sought support:

-I contacted The Omega Order via their suppor page. (It is odd since the email confirmation of the order came from The End Records) No response since the 26th.
-I saw a “Customer Service” link at the bottom of /www.halo4soundtrack.com. This takes you to TopSpin and I opened a case. They said they can’t help as they don’t sell the soundtrack.
-I Emailed Ali (listed on the soundtrack site) and heard back form Alistair Tant, Digital Marketing Manager, Essential Music and Marketing Ltd. saying he can’t help with North American ordered only UK. He said to contact Omega.
-I tried calling Omega many, many times to only a busy signal or to a voicemail. Again no reply to my case with them.
-I try Twitter @Halo4Soundtrack to no reply.
-I try Twitter @HaloWaypoint (343 Industries Twitter Account) to no reply. (Not that surprising) along with some members of the bungie team.
-I try Twitter @XboxSupport and we have many back and forth tweets but in the end they can’t help. (My Twitter is @MPMIKE)

Today I got a your order is process and complete email from Omega but again no digital copies of my soundtracks. Please keep in mind this is the 2nd soundtrack I bought since I purchased the standard Halo 4 Soundtrack at Best Buy before deciding to get the Limited Edition Box Set.

This just feels annoying and a huge disservice to the Halo fans.

Any advice would be great.

Ya checked there all I got was the single track for “Awakening” right after I ordered. I did get the slew of order confirming emails however. I own the standard OST from Best Buy so I am Ok I guess but still annoying.

Ya I choose that after Gabe’s first round of comments about this generation of consoles. You won’t believe how many messages I get. (Mostly mad about HL2 Ep 3 :wink:

This happened to me too, and like you, I contacted support. Did you get the email, just kinda jacked up with no download link? 'Cuz that’s what happened in my case.

No I did get the your case has been created email however. But it says click “here” and there is nothing to click. I almost want to open a PayPal case (as that was my payment method and it took out of my BayPal balance right away) but I can’t really say never received since I think I will get the physical item eventually.
