Anyone else having this issue? Is it ab xbox issue or game issue?
It’ll happen if you pause during or just before a cutscene or exit to the dashboard and resume. It’ll knock it out of sync. It’s happened to me. I’m not 100% sure if that’s what causes it all the times, but the one or two times it’s happened to me, it was because I screwing around snapping the achievement app when I unlocked one after completing a mission just before the cutscene played.
