Anyone have the misfortune of joining a game and then having the main menu music still play the entire game? The normal game sounds don’t play either… Try playing a 25 minute game listening to the main menu music over and over its terrible. Both times this has happened I was playing as Colony.
This was happening to me also last night. I think both times I was kinsano. If i restart the game it is fixed but I agree it is very annoying to listen to the main menu music through the entire game.
I’ve had it to where I couldn’t here any of my units, the announcer, or buildings being constructed. I could hear leader points come up tho lol.
I posted in the multiplayer forum about this issue. It’s annoying af.

This had happened to me and is still occurring regardless of what leader I use it seems to happen at random. I could go many games without hearing it and other times it will happen in back to back games, if it’s a specific leader problem I am not sure of that as I have noticed it with various people. Hopefully a fix is in the works.
