Once Anniversary is released, if DLC is required we should have at least 13 maps in the rotation (8 default maps + 2 DLC + 3 CEA, not including variants).

When the classic maps come out, dlc should be required FOR ALL gametypes, im sorry, but one year after release, you people should have the maps. That and the current maps need to be forged a bit, block off some of the grav lift rooms in sword base with sandbags like they do in MLG zealot, it would be a simple fix to a really annoying map,

Yes I have actually, I do believe that the people who dislike some of the maps are the problem. NOT the people who are cheap. I will refer you to Halo 3.
Halo 3 was mostly DLC required, it had a high population and people were happy to buy the maps. Then they changed it so only a few playlists were DLC required… you were lucky to play a DLC map outside of the few playlists that still required DLC. Then they changed it back to DLC required for most playlists and the population was still the same. This suggests that the problem is not cheap people, but rather people who dislike the maps.
Based off that, I don’t reckon there will be a problem with making some playlists DLC required. Playlists that don’t need it or won’t work well with the DLC such as Team Slayer, Team SWAT, Multi Team, Rumble Pit and the Community playlists should not be DLC required.
