I hit SR-70 almost a week ago, quit playing for 2 days, made this 14 day account, got to SR-23. Bought B-Ops2 on friday, and havent touched Halo 4 since Thanksgiving. I’m a huge halo fan, logged over 3750 matchmaking games in reach. And I realy love the gameplay of multiplayer…
But COD has so many maps(13+), so many playlists(20+), an Arena type league mode(ranked), it balances teams in the pregame lobby, there’s no XP cap. JIP and network issues/lag are the same in both games. COD has less issues… I haven’t even touched campaign or zombies yet.
I’m afraid I’ll be sticking to COD until Halo can meet the same standards, even if they are unlocking the specializations this week…
funny, i bought Blops II last tuesday and played about a dozen matches. i returned it on black friday and got assassins creed 3 instead.
it was an okay game. Gun game seemed to be the only redeemable gametype, has the least lag and seems the most balanced. but that wasnt enough for me to keep it. ill stick with halo 4 as my Multi-player game of choice. and stick with other single player options.
if OCONUS means what i think it means then i live in san antonio. and have a pretty solid connection.
ive played every COD game thus far, fast kill times are nothing new to me, i also frequent CS:S.(although that matters little for the conversation)
there was just very little in this game to draw me in.
and my loadouts consist of hologram, DMR, stickies and magnum.
CoD should have stayed in WW2, after CoD 5, it all went down hill. Black Ops… MW2/3… Black Ops 2…
I’ve played each one at my friends house and honestly, they’re mainly based at a chavvy fan base and also at 12 year olds (which is all I could hear down the mic anyway).
If you don’t like Halo 4, then fine, I respect your opinion, so leave the forums and play on a game you enjoy. Just because you dislike something, doesn’t mean that you have to spread hate around the forums.

How about you guys stop bagging his hardware etc. The game sucks. Him along with the majority of the population have left because the game is crap. Have a look at the statistics and you can clearly see that these 4 million people who played the game in the opening days, care no more. 343 killed HALO. another nail in this coffin.
They should stick to remaking previous Halo’s like they did with Halo CEA. That way, they know it won’t be a failure. They can do Halo 2 next and they will have a sure fire win. That is… if they don’t change the multiplayer to this crap.
Do you see me on the Call of Duty forums, preaching hate? Which you obviously are, this other guy defended it and you attacked him for it, making digs at his connection and what weapons he might use.
If you like Call of Duty, and you come on here to say how much you hate this game in comparison to Black Ops 2, then go to that forum. No need to cause hassle on this one.

How about a strategy for acquiring the other half of the game that 343 forgot to put on the discs? Or an open API, or balanced teams PREGAME, or some depth in the playlist and maps, or a fileshare system that works? This is the most half-@ssed game I’ve seen since Sonic 1 on Sega, and that was still impressive for its time.
NOW I’M HATING!
Halo 3… sooo many glitches when that first came out, BR was OP… Brute Shot was nearly a one hit kill… didn’t fix that for the first couple of weeks.
Halo Reach… DMR was OP, Glitches on Sword Base and more across different maps… None of them got fixed until nearly half a year later.
Halo 4. Has Glitches. SOME are being worked on. You kinda see what I’m saying here?
I like this game, it feels like Halo, it plays like Halo. 343 are doing a great job (not to say that 343 is made up of previous members of Bungie as it is), just because you dislike it doesn’t mean it’s a bad game, just means you have your own opinion.

I’m not on the COD forums either, because it may not seem like it, but I LOVE HALO. This game just happens to be a 3 week long skidmark so far, and falls short, by what I thought to be, of almost everyone’s appetite.

LAWL! Newsflash: Halo 2, by the standards of 2012, is crap. Really crap. Beyond crap. Supercrap. It wouldn’t be sold as an AAA game, it’d be a little-advertised arcade title at best. Take your nostalgia goggles off.
