The AI voice is way to annoying going off every 5 seconds just chattering constantly it gives me a headache. What was wrong with just not having a 10 IQ to keep track of weapon spawn times or just listening to the battle going on or having the classic announcer… Now every 5 seconds i hear about picking up grenades or weapons, or other BS that just filling the airwaves

Lean into it make an AI thats just sign language and then its gonna get loads of positive, and probably negative, coverage on sites haha

I don’t dislike them, but I absolutely agree that with all these voices in the game (especially on BTB), sometimes it gets more than just annoying. I, too, am for a toggle to mute the AI voice.
I’d like to also mention that the toggle to mute the spartan allies seems to not work, at least on PC.

They used to be off during arena at least but now they play there too (at least Iratus does)
It is annoying, especially as most of them seem too cartoony, I just use superintendent, along with all the special effects foot running etc, it’s feeling like a circus sometimes lol.

You can mute them by turning the voice volume down. That will also mute spartan chatter and I think the announcer? I’ve had it off since launch and haven’t gone back. 343i should make a silent AI.
I 100% agree. The AI are all universally one of the worst parts about Infinite. You can turn off the voice volume without losing much information. It just means that you have to learn the sounds of damage (such as someone being hit by a melee instead of being shot to death) instead of any pain grunts. There’s also no audio cue for when the power weapons spawn but since you can see the timer for those things on the HUD through walls it’s not an issue.

One of the most annoying things about Theatre is having to hear all the AI.
I like Circ, she makes the game more fun for me, but I have voice volume turned low.
They should give some toggles for those who find them too intrusive. Like an option for pertinent info only (announcer, power weapons and vehicles), and one for reduced chatter.
