this ranking system is so bad right now
It’s been said that you should never offer criticism without also offering an alternative solution. How would you improve it? What is wrong with it in your opinion?
I’d say to improve the ranking system, 343 could implement a system where the player is rewarded bonus XP for going on winning streaks in arena, or for consistently being the MVP in matches. I would even like to see players being rewarded bonus XP for completing every game mode, every day

Offering a solution is often a waste. But your last question is great. Being clear and specific with a complaint is far more effective.

Actually never mind. You’re ranked in 2 playlists with Onyx in FFA and Diamond in Slayer. So you have no room to complain. You are right where you should be with more wins than loses and a K/D of 1.6. I don’t see what your complaining about.

basically everything. in the ranking matches you face onyx and diamond players, after 1 or 2 wins. i havent seen a bronze player yet, and i believe not a single silver player to. RP should be based on the games lenght and the players performance. you need to be able to de-rank (from gold to silver etc.) as well. and i think there is plenty more

Because we all remember how much fun Halo 3 was with all those de-rankers and boosters…
I agree that the rank system is -Yoink-. I play my first 10matches get bad teammates and get a -Yoink- gold rank. A -Yoink- player gets carried through his 10 games and gets onyx… thats not right.
