i just saw the UNSC weapons Video and did not see The SMG does that mean ima have to start Crying now or is there still HOPE???
I think it’s safe to assume that there will be no SMG in Halo 4.

Well, somewhat.
Literally I was watching the Halo 4 Gun Sounds video and a poster said the SAW sounds and looks like a cross between SMG and LMG.
And honestly, I am inclined to agree, and I WANT IT SO BAD!!
It looks like you will have to make do with its big brother, the LMG.
It is a little depressing, I love the SMG but at least there giving us new weapons to play around with. Something fresh.
I want the (scoped) SMG too my friend, but we’ll have to make do with the AR/LMG or some new promethean weapon instead.
Well there was some kind of SMG looking Forerunner Weapon not yet identified. I’m not saying it is in fact an SMG but it sure looks like one.

Nah, the SAW pretty much does the same thing so it’s fine by me. I’m more butthurt about there being no Grenade Launcher.

I’ve never seen that pic before.
Unless the SMG were to come in a pair by default, I don’t see much point.
